You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. oyen333 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Sharing your account with others is not permitted. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own and is your sole responsibility. oyen333 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.

Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities

Users of the oyen333 platform agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and not to engage in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law. Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised methods, stolen credit cards, or bank accounts that do not belong to you will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be closed immediately.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and the findings of the investigation conducted.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the oyen333 support team. Account closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any outstanding transactions or pending claims.
